change your mind.

Not the right fit? Here's exactly how returns and exchanges work.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

Conditions for return

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to start a return

  1. Contact us at hello@kitfit.pk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll confirm pickup or drop-off details within 24 hours
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange or refund is processed within 3–5 business days

Exchanges

Need a different size instead? Mention this when you contact us — we'll ship the new size out as soon as we receive the original item back.

Non-returnable items

  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery
  • Items showing signs of wear or washing

Refunds

Refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll arrange bank transfer or store credit — whichever you prefer.
